Philanthropic Partnership Manager

Institute For Advancing Careers and Talents seeks a seasoned professional to cultivate and solicit philanthropic support from corporate, institutional and individual donors. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking and the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop and maintain relationships with major donors and donor organizations.
  • Participate in the development of a comprehensive communications plan that highlights the impact of donor investments.
  • Serve as a lead writer and originator of compelling content for proposals, newsletters and other resource development materials.
  • Investigate grant opportunities to support existing and new programs and services.
  • Provide regular reports to donors on stewardship of their gifts and the impact of their investment.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, coordination and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to take a leadership role with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong customer relationship building skills.
