Job Title: Strategic Marketing Professional

The ideal candidate for this role is a results-driven marketing specialist with a strong background in IT marketing and recruiting. This individual will collaborate with the marketing director to develop an overall recruitment strategy, leveraging various sources such as social media networks and employee referrals to attract top talent.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike. A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources management or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet business objectives
  • Designing and implementing job descriptions and specifications that align with company needs
  • Conducting job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to relevant job boards and websites
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates through databases, social media, and other channels
  • Screening candidates' resumes and job applications
  • Conducting interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods
  • Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company

The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
