Key Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute influencer marketing plans that align with overall marketing objectives and brand goals.
  2. Identify and engage influencers who resonate with our target audience and campaign goals.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
  4. Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.
  5. Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand identity and campaign messaging.
  6. Use analytics tools to measure performance, generate reports, and optimize future marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  1. At least 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing or broader marketing campaigns.
  2. Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  3. In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
