We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Specialist to join our team at CEQUENS LLP. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding relationships with existing clients.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their business needs and challenges, and providing exceptional service. Your primary goal will be to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and upselling, while developing strategies to retain existing client relationships and increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service and understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to assigned clients, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need to monitor and analyze customers' usage of our product to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and upselling. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and objectives within assigned client accounts, preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven account management or other relevant experience, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector in the Pakistan region.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
