About the Role

We are seeking a highly dynamic individual to lead the development of our Provincial AIDS Consortium/Network office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building support and driving the growth of the consortium.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead the inception and management of the Provincial/Regional Consortium/Network office.
  2. Oversee the implementation of our flagship project, 'Building-Up Rights-Based Approaches to HIV/AIDS in Pakistan: A National Civil Society Capacity Building Project.'
  3. Manage a team of professionals and provide guidance on personal and professional development.
  4. Represent the consortium at various forums and build relationships with stakeholders.
  5. Maintain accurate reporting and ensure compliance with requirements.

Main Areas of Work

  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote the consortium's goals.
  2. Collaborate with our partner organizations to achieve shared objectives.
  3. Build capacity within the team through training and mentorship.
  4. Liaise with donors and other stakeholders to maintain positive relationships.
  5. Provide regular updates on progress and achievements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a master's degree in social or health science or MBBS. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience in the development sector is highly valued. This position involves travel within provinces and regions of Pakistan.
