Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key representative, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a strong customer focus by responding promptly to inquiries and communicating effectively through various channels.
  2. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  5. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer service.
  6. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to drive improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Track record of over-achieving customer satisfaction targets.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
  • Customer orientation and adaptability when dealing with diverse characters.
  • Intermediate education degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
