As a Research Coordinator, you will play a vital role in sourcing and connecting industry experts with our clients. This is a remote, commission-based role that requires consistency and strong communication skills.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that involves sending outreach emails via Zoho to relevant professionals, encouraging expert sign-ups through professional networking platforms, and reviewing and shortlisting expert profiles for client projects.

Responsibilities
  • Send targeted emails to potential experts.
  • Recruit new experts by promoting our platform on social media and professional networks.
  • Evaluate and select the best expert profiles for client projects.

We are looking for individuals who can work independently, have excellent communication skills, and are proficient in using digital tools.

Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in lead generation or recruitment (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • An active professional networking profile with a substantial number of connections.
  • Ability to dedicate 8 hours per day to this role.

Please note that a commitment of 8 hours per day is required to meet targets.

Understanding Credits and SubmissionsWhat is a Credit?

A credit is earned when an expert completes a successful project with one of our clients. This includes the expert signing up on our website, completing any required screening questions, and their profile being submitted to a client for consideration.

Each completed project earns 1 credit, while subsequent bookings with the same expert earn 0.5 credits.

A submission occurs when an expert signs up on our website, completes any required screening questions, and their profile is submitted to a client for consideration.
