Client Onboarding Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization as a Client Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will play a central part in guiding the onboarding process for medium and large home inspection clients who adopt our innovative SaaS and service solutions. You will work closely with clients to ensure a seamless transition from sales to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly onboard B2B partners who utilize our HomeBinder solution, which includes implementing technical integrations, conducting video meetings with partners to educate and orient them on the program, and overseeing a multi-step process from sales to go-live.
  • Manage a pipeline of clients in Hubspot, maintaining meticulous records of progress in the system.
  • End-to-end onboarding for our SaaS solution: lead new client orientation, provide clients with consultation on software settings and configuration for success, provide white-glove service in setting up accounts, guide clients through the "test drive" process, train clients and staff, and project manage every aspect of clients' migration process from their old software to their new.
  • Act as Tier 2 support to help solve problems for customers that may originate in the onboarding process (software settings or configurations, etc).
  • Initiate and lead the development of client training plans, and follow through on execution, development, and rollout of content and materials for client training (communication templates, training materials, video tutorials, and more).
  • Develop self-service support documentation and content or materials for client training.
  • Drive a world-class standard for client service.
  • Exceed performance metrics for client onboarding specialists.
  • Drive processes that support the company's revenue goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical account management or onboarding skills and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Video-based presentation skills, and a high comfort level with leading video-based meetings.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical personnel and non-technical end users, equally.
  • Deep capacity for learning complex systems and products.
  • High comfort level with technical concepts and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot preferred.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least five years of client success, training, or sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus; knowledge of the home inspection industry is an even bigger plus.
  • Successful track record of working in both small and large organizations preferred.
