Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our retail team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service - Establish strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide personalized support.
  2. Stock Management - Effectively manage stock levels to maximize full-price selling, maintain high sell-through rates, and align with new product launches.
  3. Sales Performance - Monitor daily sales activities, drive sales growth, and achieve strong sales results.
  4. Visual Merchandising - Ensure that visual merchandising standards are consistently met, creating an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  5. Industry Knowledge - Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, industry news, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  6. Team Communication - Communicate important information to staff, including deals, seasonal sales, new launches, and marketing campaigns.
  7. Staff Development - Monitor and coach staff behavior when interacting with customers and colleagues, providing guidance and support to improve performance.
  8. Dress Code Policy - Effectively manage the dress code policy, coaching, and leading team members to ensure a professional and consistent appearance.
  9. Collaboration - Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Regional Store Manager (RSM) to achieve business objectives.
  10. Ongoing Tasks - Pursue other tasks assigned by your superior, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Requirements:

  • Experience - Prior experience in the retail industry is required, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Communication Skills - Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and external partners.
