Job Title

We're seeking a seasoned e-commerce professional to lead the success of our WordPress/WooCommerce channels.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our WordPress/WooCommerce websites.
• Oversee the website's design and user experience, implementing new themes and customizing pages to improve conversion rates. Ensure the website is fully responsive and provides an excellent experience on all devices.
• Manage the website's backend, including plugins, updates, and security. Develop and execute a comprehensive on-page and technical SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings. Monitor website performance, including loading speed, and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Take ownership of the website's sales and revenue targets. Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities to increase sales. Plan and implement A/B tests on product pages, checkout processes, and promotional offers to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and growing WordPress/WooCommerce e-commerce websites.
• Proven track record of increasing website traffic, sales, and conversion rates.
• Expert-level proficiency with WordPress and WooCommerce, including theme customization, plugin management, and backend administration.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant SEO tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor design tweaks is a plus.
