Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Advertising Specialist to oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our eCommerce store. As part of our global team, you will be responsible for managing Google Ads campaigns and collaborating with creative teams to create engaging ad copy and visual assets.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Google Ads, digital marketing, and social media advertising, with strong analytical and communication skills. You will be working independently in a remote setup during US working hours, so you must be self-motivated and able to work effectively in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and potentially other platforms.
  • Analyze ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
  • Create reports and present results with actionable insights.
Eligibility Criteria
  • You must be a resident of Pakistan.
  • Digital marketers, Google Ads specialists, and social media advertising professionals are all encouraged to apply.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and/or Performance Max).
  • Experience in digital marketing, PPC, or social media ads.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup during US working hours.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
