Job Title: Customer Support Manager

Bachelor's or MBA degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. A department of 50 to 60 people will be managed/handled.

  • Department operations will be executed smartly within given resources. Leave and shift management will be implemented.
  • Enablement of resources for efficient executions as per their roles and responsibilities will be enabled.
  • Customer service standards will be established and monitored by employing recognized and comprehensive benchmarks.
  • Progress and development meetings with staff will be conducted.
  • Strong follow-up for on-going projects and its completion on time will be ensured.
  • A performance-driven team who can achieve their assigned targets will be developed.
  • A professional work environment where individuals are treated equally and fairly will be created. Healthy work-life balance for all employees will be maintained.
  • Company policies & procedures will be implemented.
  • KPI's, performance analysis and workable areas will be reviewed time-to-time.
  • Training need analysis and development of the staff for next level roles will be undertaken.
  • Operations improvement and business development focus will be maintained.
  • Process creation and improvement for the best interest of the business will be done.

Qualification:
Must be graduate with BBA/MBA preferred.

Skills Required:
Leadership skills, team management, project management, situation handling, Go-getter attitude focused approach, calm, proactive, hardworking as well as intelligent working, time-driven, soft-spoken, dedicated to assigned tasks, quick learner, team player as well as solid individual player, solution provider.

Experience Required:
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience required.

Managing different teams and departments is essential. Customer support & services business operations, call center operations, business development, recruitment, and project management are key responsibilities. Working onsite and covering UK shift times (12pm – 9pm or 1pm – 10pm) is necessary. Translation and Localization - Rawalpindi, Pakistan location requires strong candidates to join us.
