We are in search of a Head of Department (HOD) to lead initiatives related to Pakistan, with a primary focus on the Kravenmart project. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, market expertise in Pakistan, and experience managing cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Help darkstore teams meet revenue and profit goals, based on Board plans.
  • Make sure new cities launch on time and operating guides are consistent.
  • Improve service levels (SLA), customer satisfaction (NPS), and other operational metrics by working better with delivery and in-store partners.
  • Watch how things are going, point out problems, and help plan solutions.
  • Work with different teams inside and outside the company.
  • This role focuses on Pakistan (Kravenmart).
  • There's a chance to help with international growth in the future.
  • You'll work directly with local partners and vendors to ensure good delivery and service.
  • Meeting revenue and cost targets set by the Board.
  • Achieving SLA and improving NPS.
  • Launching new cities on time and within budget.
  • Ensuring operations follow rules and partners perform well.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in quick commerce, food delivery, consumer goods, logistics, or startup operations.
  • Strong understanding of grocery logistics, darkstore operations, and customer experience.
  • Experience working closely with founders or in startup environments.
  • A background in finance or analytics is a big plus.
  • Must be fluent in English; Urdu is needed for the Pakistan role.
