Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a challenging role that requires strong recruitment skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to selection and onboarding of new staff members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities;
  • Sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates to find the best fit for our organization;
  • Coordinating logistics for interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and trends.

To be considered for this role, you should have a Master's degree in Business Administration (HR) or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment, and a proven track record of success in similar roles. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in using various recruitment tools and software, and have a strong understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
