**Job Role: Warehouse Operations Manager**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage our warehouse operations, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating warehouse processes, including inbound management, stock handling, and order dispatching. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as the successful applicant will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing operational goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate warehouse processes to meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Steer warehouse operations to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Proactively recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance
  • Manage workplace safety and health procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Allocate resources effectively to achieve optimal scheduling and minimize waste
  • Liaise with commercial teams to manage inventory levels, spoilage, and shrinkage
  • Ensure accurate note-keeping and periodic stock takes
  • Implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of work
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and escalate any issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in order dispatch and prevent damaged or expired products from being delivered

**Requirements:**
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement change
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding workplace safety and health
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
