Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience across all delivery systems. As a Customer Service and Operations Manager, you will provide administrative support in areas such as compliance, regulations, and bank policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-quality travel and tour packages for domestic and international clients, meeting their unique needs and preferences.
  • Develop financial plans aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring effective resource allocation and budget management.
  • Recruit, train, and develop motivated branch operations staff to contribute to team building and success.
  • Establish sales targets for branches and provide guidance on achieving them through effective coaching and leadership.
  • Promote clear communication among staff through training and development programs, enhancing collaboration and productivity.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes, bank policies, and procedural updates, ensuring timely implementation and compliance.
  • Oversight of all operational aspects within the organization, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a field related to business or tourism.
  • Previous experience in a reputable travel or tour company is highly desirable, providing valuable industry insights and knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential for effective communication and reporting.
  • A pleasant demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong command of spoken English language is required, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
