Provides administrative support in areas of compliance, regulations, bank policies, and procedures. Designs and implements Local & International Travel and Tour Packages. Keeps track record of the clients and follows up.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  1. Designing Packages for local & international tours and travels.
  2. Developing financial plans for the Organization.
  3. Assisting in recruiting, training, and developing a highly motivated and effective team of Branch Operations.
  4. Setting operational sales goals for branches.
  5. Providing guidance, leadership, and coaching to the staff.
  6. Communicating changes in regulations, bank policy, and procedures.
  7. Managing all operations within the organization.
Job Specification
  1. Must be a graduate.
  2. Experience in a well-known and reputed Travel & Tour firm.
  3. Computer literate, with command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Pleasant personality and excellent communication and verbal skills.
  5. Good command of spoken English.
