Customer Service Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to provide top-notch support to our customers. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient assistance via phone, live chat, email, and SMS for inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and refunds.

You will assist customers in making confident shopping decisions through personalized suggestions and detailed product knowledge. Additionally, you will monitor, update, and resolve order-related concerns with speed and accuracy, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to help boost revenue and improve the customer experience, and keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to help inform internal improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Monitor, update, and resolve order-related issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Communicate insights and customer trends with the internal team to optimize the support process.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or sales support.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to stay calm and resourceful when handling customer concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
