About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers through personalized communication, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our brand.

As our customer base expands, this role will evolve with new opportunities and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with strong English proficiency (written & spoken), excellent attention to detail, and familiarity with Slack and Notion (or willingness to learn).

The successful candidate will reside in Faisalabad and be available for office-based work. Key responsibilities include communicating with customers using our Content Management System (CMS) by sending personalized thank-you messages after their order, reassurances of our 24/7 support, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our UK-based team through Slack and Notion
  • Keep track of customer inquiries and provide updates or resolutions as needed
