Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization
    • Refine current workflows using diagramming tools like Lucidchart to improve efficiency.
    • Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions.
  • Comprehensive Workflow Management
    • Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle.
    • Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes.
  • Cross-Functional Communication
    • Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties.
  • Collaboration System Development
    • Design and implement a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms.
  • Dashboard Design
    • Develop intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information.
    • Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users.
  • Team Enablement and Training
    • Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization.
    • Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workflow optimization and Monday.com development.
  • Familiarity with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user-friendly systems.
