We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to join our organization in the role of Prosecutor Specialist.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with a preference for those who have completed an LLM. A minimum of 5 years of experience in handling legal matters as a practicing lawyer is required.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prosecute gas theft cases judiciously and expeditiously in Gas Utility Courts, High Court and other courts under relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft appeal(s), review/revision petition(s), reply para-wise comments, written statements, and represent the organization in constitution petition(s) filed by or against it before the competent court.
  • Provide legal professional advice and guidelines to investigation officers and assist in the preparation of cases.
  • Keep the supervisor updated with the conduct of complainants and witnesses during court proceedings.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
