Digital Financial Product Designer

We're seeking a talented designer to enhance our digital financial product, collaborating with executives to create a user-friendly payment solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all design and innovation aspects of our products and services, ensuring modern designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Work directly with our CEO and CMO.
  • Manage a team of designers, providing regular feedback on UX/UI and supporting their needs.
  • Transform the user experience and the organization.
  • Guide visual goals and branding for financial products.
  • Partner closely with marketing to communicate brand value.
  • Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.
  • Presentation of your roadmap at company-wide check-ins.
  • Identify end-user needs and behavior through research, including observation, interviews, surveys, analytics, and user testing.
  • Lead teams to create and deliver high-quality digital experiences and artifacts (e.g., user-experience patterns, wireframes, screens, prototypes, and design systems).

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a creator.
  • Attention to detail while aiming for the larger vision.
  • Proven record of shipping features on time and meeting expectations.
  • Creative and flexible in designing and guiding teams on the vision.
  • Organized and self-driven.
  • Highly experienced in Figma, Framer, Adobe Illustrator, or any visual designing software.
