Accounting / Billing Specialist Job Description

This role involves working closely with our clients to manage their financial affairs, ensuring accurate and timely submission of medical bills/claims and maintaining effective communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client data, including medical visit details and payment information.
  • Process and submit medical bills/claims electronically to insurance companies.
  • Follow up on sent claims to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Monitor and post payments from insurance companies to our in-house database.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to clients, including financial statements and other relevant data.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget and forecasts for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry developments through ongoing training and education.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong educational background in a field such as Commerce, Business Administration, or Mathematics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, is also essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are highly valued.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. A character reference from a professional who can vouch for your skills and experience is required.

Benefits:
  • The salary range for this position is between Rs. 20,000.00 to Rs. 25,000.00 per month, depending on your level of experience.
