We seek a seasoned Virtual Human Resources Manager to develop a top-notch employment experience with our team.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, think creatively, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Bulk charges: verify all families' records, inquire about current charges, schedule changes, and terminations at sites.
  • Update records with accurate schedules, record the first month's deposit, and obtain void cheques during orientation.
  • Subsidies: check records, government payment statements, notify parents of expiring subsidies.
  • Third-party invoicing: send invoices mid-month to ensure timely payment.
  • Promotions: inform parents of expiring promotions that they will be charged full tuition as of the next month's first day.
  • Outstanding balances: review balances for each site, contact parents about payment status, notify sites when payments will be made.
  • Review unpaid invoices, remind parents about unpaid balances, update applications with payments made.
  • Review and update 'tuition tracking' spreadsheets for each site and prepare Reasonability tests.
  • Contact sites for inquiries.
  • Claim adjustments for past claims made to the government for staff and kids.
  • Collections: investigate outstanding balances, review accounts to follow up with parents.
  • Submit monthly child and staff claims to the government.
