Job Title: Senior Risk Management Director

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Senior Risk Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing audit strategies to ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards.

Your primary focus will be on conducting regular financial and operational audits to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of our hospitality properties. You will also identify risks and recommend improvements to minimize exposure to financial, operational, and compliance risks.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong leadership and communication abilities. You should have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Audit Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive audit strategies to ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards.
  2. Financial and Operational Audits: Conduct regular financial and operational audits to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of our hospitality properties.
  3. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and recommend improvements to minimize exposure to financial, operational, and compliance risks.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing audit team, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required.
  • 8+ years of experience in auditing, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in risk management, internal control assessment, and process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence senior management.
