This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our organization. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the recruitment process, from sourcing to placing candidates with our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Global Renewable Energy Industry and its recruitment needs. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality candidates that meet their expectations.

You will be responsible for source, screening, and evaluating candidates through various channels, including online platforms, job boards, referrals, and social media. You will also conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and best fit for multiple assigned positions.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling interviews with qualified candidates for our clients, providing an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment journey, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within the Global Renewable Energy Industry or related field
  • Solid understanding of leading and managing full-cycle recruitment campaigns for technical and non-technical positions, preferably within the Renewable Energy Sector.
  • Experience with HR Databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) as well as strong experience in identifying talent through ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels, including Social Media Platforms and personal/professional referrals
  • Strong interviewing experience and an understanding of diverse candidate assessment methodologies.
  • Highly resourceful, self-driven with the ability to develop strong relationships quickly and often virtually as well as partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and candidates.
  • Ability to report and track recruiting-related data within your region to support business decisions.
  • Achieve best-in-class time to fill KPIs.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet stretching deadlines.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
