Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement country growth strategies to drive initiatives and achieve customer performance, growth, and penetration targets.
  • Lead and guide national strategy to ensure alignment with the overall global business growth plan.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of dedicated business professionals. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their sales and account management skills.
  • Identify next growth opportunities, partnerships, and solutions to unlock new phases of growth.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrix environment while providing strategic leadership.
  • Business & Customer Diversification: Explore new business opportunities in untapped verticals, engage with customers and prospects, and leverage problem-solving abilities to drive growth.
  • Market Expansion: Develop new verticals and business lines to collaborate with larger customers and enterprises.
  • Partnerships and Distribution Channels: Identify and develop new SMB acquisition opportunities through mobile wallets, affiliates, platforms, banks, and industry associations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate market needs and growth potential to APAC and global organizational functions, ensuring alignment with product, marketing, customer journey, revenue operations, FP&A, and other relevant departments.
  • Operational Support: Be well-versed in all aspects of the business, including operations, data analytics, marketing, and partnerships. Provide support as required, aligning with corporate functions.
  • Team Development: Recruit and manage staff, coordinating with global teams for training, performance evaluation, and nurturing a positive local office culture.
  • Market Leadership and brand representation: Serve as the main point of contact for Pakistan, collaborating with other company business lines, and representing the company at events, in local media, on social networks, exhibitions, and other relevant occasions.
  • Executive Collaboration: Demonstrate exceptional leadership and collaboration skills within the executive team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
