This role is instrumental in driving regional growth through thorough consumer market analysis and strategic marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delve into consumer market analysis to inform geographic expansion decisions
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans focusing on user acquisition and retention strategies
  • Lead regional performance planning, setting, and tracking metrics for MAU & CAC targets
  • Determine the most effective marketing mix by country or city – from performance and media to brand activation
  • Owning product marketing strategy, including customer journey mapping (CJM)
  • Conduct funnel analysis, generate hypotheses, and lead test execution
  • Plan and execute 360° campaigns to balance supply and demand
  • Drive digital marketing and support brand development with strong local context
  • Support regional partnerships and test new marketing channels
  • Align and lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, PR, Business Development, Ops, and Product
Required Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech, mobility, or e-commerce
  • Proven track record in market analysis, geo expansion strategies, and launching localized campaigns
  • Strong understanding of acquisition & retention marketing, and metric ownership (CAC, MAU, ROI)
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns: performance, media, branding, and partnerships
  • Skilled in product marketing, customer journey mapping, and growth funnel optimization
