Regulatory Research Specialist

At DMK Consultancy, we are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Research Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for executing regulatory tasks, building and maintaining relationships with regulators, instructors of records, vendors, and external contractors that impact the product line.

The Specialist will ensure regulatory compliance, track regulatory rule changes, interpret regulations, and keep course content up to date. They will work closely with product development teams to make informed decisions under a regulated framework according to rules and regulations while ensuring compliance and managing potential regulatory risks.

  • Maintain precise documentation and interpretation of regulatory law and provide accurate information to the Product Development team.
  • Document all regulatory-related documents (approval letters, important notices, etc.).
  • Conduct research and analysis of regulatory laws & rules, and keep the Business Intelligence document updated with all applicable rule changes.
  • Work with regulators at state, county, department, and national levels to develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct ongoing research to meet industry compliance education requirements and perform regulatory research on new business opportunities through state-level website research.
