Mechanical and electrical work for facilities management involves a range of tasks from maintenance to repair and overhaul of various HVAC equipment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day tasks include maintenance, repair and overhauling of Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Chillers, Water Coolers, Directional Expansion Units, Split ACs, Floor Standing ACs and air distribution network.
  • You will be responsible to carry out repair and maintenance jobs on HVAC equipment in an effective manner to keep them in running condition.
  • Execute planned preventive maintenance activities on all HVAC equipment as per defined procedures to prevent frequent breakdowns and increase their life.
  • Record all required information on job activity to maintain history and other relevant data in facilities and equipment management system.
  • Inspect/observe assigned equipment/services to minimize breakdown and obtain user feedback.
  • Troubleshoot problems in HVAC equipment.
  • Follow safety procedures at work.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of related work experience and must be able to understand and write simple Urdu and English.
