
Office Operations Manager

This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role within our organization. As an administration manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- • Recruit, train, and manage personnel, allocating responsibilities and resources as needed.
- • Evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to optimize productivity.
- • Ensure seamless communication across the organization to facilitate business operations.
- • Manage schedules and deadlines effectively.
- • Maintain office supply inventory and oversee procurement.
- • Monitor costs and expenses to support budget preparation.
- • Oversight of facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons (electricians, etc.).
- • Organize and supervise various office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.).
- • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- • Proven experience as an administration manager.
- • In-depth knowledge of office management procedures, departmental policies, and legal requirements.
- • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
- • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- • Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
