Product Visionary

We are seeking a Product Visionary to lead our product strategy and roadmap, ensuring a seamless strategic journey.

A key aspect of this role is exploring customer pain points, identifying opportunities, and introducing ideas that enhance growth and satisfaction. You will be responsible for advocating for the product across teams, fostering alignment and enthusiasm.

The successful candidate will have experience in transforming strategy into engaging user stories, specifications, and prototypes that drive innovation. A sharp focus on priorities is essential to ensure efforts are directed toward high-impact initiatives.

Collaboration with tech, marketing, and sales teams is critical to creating solutions with speed and efficiency. Monitoring, refining, and optimizing strategies to enhance user engagement and retention is also an important part of this role.

A/B testing, analyzing results, and continuously refining experiences are essential skills for success in this position. Additionally, representing the product both internally and externally, strengthening its presence and influence, is crucial.

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital or app environments. Good grasp of UX principles and interface design is necessary. Experience working across the full product lifecycle is also required.

Exposure to growth strategies, SEO, and content-led products is desirable. Basic technical understanding is expected, as well as clear, concise communication skills. Detail-oriented and data-savvy individuals who can thrive in cross-functional teams are ideal candidates.
