Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective financial operations policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Ledger Management: Develop and implement general ledger accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Financial Statement Review: Conduct regular reviews of the General Ledger and Trial Balance to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Cost of Goods Sold Analysis: Analyze the cost of goods sold statement to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monthly Management Accounts: Prepare monthly management accounts within set deadlines to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate financial information.
- Statutory Accounting: Finalize quarterly statutory accounts in a timely manner to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Annual Statutory Accounts: Complete annual statutory accounts according to regulatory requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Government Agency Compliance: Provide necessary information to government agencies as needed, in accordance with corporate office directives.
- Intercompany Reconciliations: Maintain up-to-date intercompany and associate company balances to ensure accurate reconciliations.
- Tax Compliance: Collaborate with the Tax Department for EDB/Tax Returns and SECP filing, providing required information and data.
Job Setting: This role is based in Lahore, Pakistan, working in the Information Technology and Services industry.
