We are seeking a talented Onboarding Coordinator - Trucking Industry to join our team, responsible for onboarding truck drivers and ensuring a seamless transition into our system.

The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient onboarding processes for new truck drivers.\
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing drivers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.\
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the onboarding process.\
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver acquisition and retention.\

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.\
  • Proven experience in operations, preferably in the trucking industry.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.\
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.\
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools used in operations.\
