Job Title: Senior Software Engineer, JAVA

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create and improve software programs according to company needs.
  2. Work with Application Management Group Head, Team Leads, and Architects to design and implement technical solutions.
  3. Write code, follow coding standards, and test programs to identify defects.
  4. Identify and resolve software defects, and maintain systems by monitoring and correcting errors.
  5. Stay updated with new programming languages and development tools.
  6. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  7. Assist in designing, coding, testing, and documenting software applications.
  8. Help junior developers with design and development challenges.
  9. Support team lead/BA in project planning and execution.
  10. Offer support after project completion.

Essential Skills:

  • Familiarity with design and development on relevant technology platforms.
  • Understanding of SCM related processes and activities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to manage workload, meet deadlines, and collaborate with others.
