
Executive Support Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Professional Support Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will provide high-level support to leadership teams, manage complex schedules, coordinate travel and meetings, and serve as a trusted liaison between leaders and stakeholders.
As a key member of our team, your ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems will make you an invaluable asset. You will play a crucial role in helping e-commerce brands build world-class teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize Schedules and Communication: Manage calendars and inboxes with strategic foresight to ensure key priorities are always at the forefront.
- Coordinate Travel, Meetings, and Special Projects: Plan and execute seamless events and activities from start to finish.
- Serve as a Trusted Liaison: Act as the professional and confidential point of contact between leaders and internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement Systems and Processes: Streamline operations and improve productivity by implementing efficient systems and processes.
- Conduct Research and Prepare Materials: Gather and analyze information, and prepare materials that enable informed, high-impact decision-making.
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience as an administrative or executive assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives or high-level clients.
- Clear, Confident, and Discreet Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful and Proactive Problem-Solver: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate quick thinking to resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficient with Productivity Software: Skilled in using productivity software and able to learn new technologies quickly.
- Availability: Full-time (40 hours per week) during U.S. business hours.
