Senior Odoo Technical Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Technical Developer to join our team.

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules to enhance the functionality of our applications.
  • Customize and extend Odoo Website, E-Commerce, and POS functionalities to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs with Odoo to expand its capabilities and improve user experience.
  • Optimize backend and frontend performance to ensure seamless operation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver user-friendly solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous operation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Odoo development, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Odoo framework (v13 and above, v17 preferred), including its architecture and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with key components such as E-Commerce / Website builder, QWeb templating, and REST API integration.
  • Familiarity with Git and deployment workflows to ensure smooth collaboration and version control.
  • The ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities, while maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with containerization using Odoo.sh or Docker to streamline development and deployment.
  • Functional knowledge of key Odoo modules, including Sales, Inventory, and Accounting, to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Contribution to the Odoo Community or open-source modules to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the ecosystem.
