Job Title: E-commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to manage our Amazon UAE Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon UAE FBM store, ensuring seamless inventory management and timely product restocking.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews in a professional manner, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Optimize product listings with engaging and SEO-friendly content to improve sales performance and visibility.
  • Conduct research on competitors and market trends to strategize pricing and promotions that drive growth.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries to meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBM operations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
