Philanthropy Specialist

Aman Welfare Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering marginalized communities in Pakistan, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Philanthropy Specialist to join our team.

The Philanthropy Specialist will play a crucial role in securing funding for our projects and programs, helping us to expand our reach and impact. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing fundraising strategies, researching and identifying potential donors, building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential donors, writing and submitting grant proposals, reports, and other fundraising materials, organizing fundraising events, campaigns, and activities, collaborating with the program team to develop project proposals and budgets, and meeting and exceeding fundraising targets.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or development studies, at least 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field, a proven track record of securing funding from diverse sources, excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with the non-profit sector and fundraising principles.
