About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with various brands, ensuring a mutual understanding of marketing goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in PR, media relations, or brand management, with excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, as well as knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diplomacy and Partnership Development: Develop and maintain relationships with various brands, facilitating partnerships and collaborations that align with our marketing strategy.
  • Public Communications and Media Outreach: Act as the primary point of contact for PR and marketing agencies, coordinating campaigns, communicating company needs, and ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that effectively promote our image, products, and services, monitoring industry trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Media Engagement and Event Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, crafting and distributing press releases, organizing press conferences, and handling public inquiries, while monitoring media coverage and reporting on PR outcomes.
  • Creative Content Development: Plan and execute PR events, such as product launches or press days, ensuring they align with our brand and marketing goals, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners for successful execution.
  • Content Creation and Quality Assurance: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including social media, our website, and press materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  • Crisis Communication and Issue Resolution: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies, providing guidance and support during crises to mitigate negative publicity and maintain our reputation.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track and analyze PR campaigns' performance using various metrics, providing reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide PR team members, managing team workflow and ensuring professional development opportunities.
