Quality Assurance Engineer

Zones Digital is on a mission to accelerate digital innovation through collaboration and rapid experimentation. We're looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative functionality that delights our clients and drives our colleagues' performance.

As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include developing manual and automated QA tests for all workflows and cases, creating scalable QA automation frameworks, and identifying and working with the engineering team to resolve performance and scalability issues.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 5+ years of progressive engineering experience, 5+ years of experience creating QA automation for enterprise, web, and mobile applications, and hands-on experience with QA frameworks like JEST and Cypress. You'll also need strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work/influence multiple stakeholder groups.
