Sales Leadership Position
As a Senior Sales Development Manager, you will lead the Sales team and foster a culture of excellence. Your primary objective is to ensure that sales targets are met while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coach the Salesforce team to achieve sales targets.
  • Communicate clients' requirements effectively to the sales team.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Brief clients on property units and equip the sales team with necessary knowledge and tools.
  • Conduct site visits and close deals in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients to understand evolving changes in requirements and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and actively seek new business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
  • Passionate about sales with commitment to excellence, team building, and customer service.
  • 6-10 years of experience in sales with prior experience in managing teams preferable.
  • An opportunity to work with a highly professional and dynamic team.
