Job Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a skilled Medical Billing Specialist to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment for RPM services rendered to patients.
  • The ideal candidate will capture accurate patient demographics, including insurance information, and prepare claims for submission to insurance companies.
  • The successful candidate will follow up on outstanding and denied claims, process payment postings, and investigate and resolve billing disputes and denials.
  • Additionally, they will analyze medical billing data to identify trends and patterns, maintain relationships with healthcare providers and insurance companies, and provide regular reports on billing and collections activities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing and collections, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of medical billing and coding practices, as well as healthcare regulations and insurance policies.
  • Experience in RPM billing is preferred, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or Commerce related field is desirable.
  • Proficiency in English Language and Google Suite is required, and outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities are essential.
  • Solid understanding of billing software and electronic medical records is necessary, and exceptional communication and time management skills are mandatory.
