Role Overview

Restaurant proprietors in the US face considerable challenges managing their businesses, expending extensive hours to ensure success. To alleviate this burden, they employ various software solutions and online tools, but often struggle with multiple CRM systems, increasing workload and costs.

Customer support teams promise assistance, but it's often fragmented and handled by multiple people, causing frustration for business owners.

A dedicated customer support team addresses this issue by providing a night shift team that resolves queries and escalates issues to internal teams, significantly reducing turnaround time and enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interfacing between restaurants and internal teams to resolve customer queries promptly.
  • Documenting issues with thorough understanding of causes and implications.
  • Investigating critical issues with customers as needed.
  • Utilizing the AIO Platform to assist restaurants with time-sensitive tasks.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

You'll join a team prioritizing agility, continuous learning, and teaching others.

An ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong command of formal, conversational, and colloquial English.
  • Excellent people skills to establish and manage relationships with restaurant owners.
  • Emotional intelligence.
  • Understanding of US cultural sensitivities.

Note: While not required, preference is given to candidates with prior experience or knowledge of marketing.

An ideal candidate should also have some technical skills, including:

  • Experience in a support role, preferably in the US market.
  • Data analytics.
  • Reporting & Documentation.
