Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

A private psychology practice is seeking a long-term administrative assistant to provide support and operations expertise.

This is a home-based job during Australian business hours, with the potential for additional hours and increased responsibilities over time.

  • Processing payments and invoices
  • Maintaining up-to-date client records
  • Managing therapist rosters
  • Generating reports and implementing feedback
  • Onboarding and offboarding therapists
  • Team coordination
  • Communication maintenance
  • Invoice and receipt organization
  • Media organization
  • Websites updates via Squarespace
  • Regular director coordination
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with PowerDiary software (training provided)
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Google Drive and Google Apps knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Squarespace or other drag-and-drop site builder experience
  • Mailchimp or email marketing app familiarity
  • Canva or graphic design tool expertise

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain confidential data. A quick learner with a positive attitude and team player mentality is also required.
