Lead UI/UX Designer Position

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Lead UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive designs that meet our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their experience in designing user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand business objectives, user needs, and project requirements.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Design and maintain style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across all applications.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to improve their skills.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
