Job Description

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate with visibility partners and category teams to drive in-store visibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities

  1. In-Store Work Coordination: The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating in-store work activities, ensuring smooth execution of visibility plans and timely completion of tasks.
  2. Asset Management: The selected candidate will develop and maintain a comprehensive record of asset deployments, lift backs, and re-utilization of assets, optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
  3. Modern Trade Playbook Adherence: To maintain uniformity in executions across channels, the chosen candidate will ensure adherence to the modern trade playbook.
  4. Visibility Partner Payments: The selected individual will manage the end-to-end process of payments to visibility partners, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout.
  5. Category Budgeting: The successful candidate will collaborate with category teams to manage advertising and promotional budgets for in-store activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  6. Branding and Merchandising: The ideal candidate will develop cost-effective and scalable branding and merchandising options for uplifting trade visibility, driving business growth and customer engagement.
  7. Ongoing Project Tracking: The chosen candidate will monitor ongoing projects and update stakeholders on progress, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  8. Audit Compliance: To ensure compliance with audit standards, the selected individual will oversee the entire process from PO raising to payment processing to vendors.
  9. Visibility Solutions Development: The successful candidate will collaborate with visibility partners to develop innovative and clutter-breaking visibility solutions, enhancing customer experience and driving business success.
  10. Competitor Activity Monitoring: The ideal candidate will regularly track competitor activities and create dynamic reporting systems, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  11. Customized Solutions: The selected individual will provide customized solutions where required in alignment with channels, meeting the unique needs of each business partner.
  12. Safety Standards Compliance: To ensure all structure productions and deployments by visibility partners adhere to safety standards, the chosen candidate will implement and maintain robust safety protocols.

Requirements

Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration (BBA / MBA)

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
