  • Manage and supervise staff in the accounts payable department to ensure efficient handling of financial obligations.
  • Maintain the general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Evaluate and enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and systems to guarantee compliance.
  • Coordinate the payment process to meet the company's financial obligations effectively.

In addition to managing accounts payable, you will oversee tax-related processes and collaborate with AM taxation to ensure proper tax withholding and clearing of tax GLs. Your role also involves tracking the company's financial expenditures, maintaining a database, and providing reports as requested by supervisors.

You will be responsible for monitoring all payment transactions, keeping track of transaction status within the company and with external vendors and contractors, and implementing standardized procedures to generate efficiency.

Your excellent communication skills and ability to provide quick and accurate responses will make you an active participant on the customer service front. You will work towards minimizing payable aging by improving the system and ensuring compliance with policies and SOPs. Additionally, you will seek to minimize advances in aging by ensuring timely submission of bills of adjustment after internal audits.
