Main Responsibilities
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair advanced electronic and mechanical equipment at customer sites such as airports and government buildings
  • Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all field activities
  • Provide excellent customer support ensuring high satisfaction and prompt resolution of technical issues
  • Participate in product training and cross-functional projects to continuously grow your knowledge
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and technical teams to resolve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions
  • Manage repair parts and ensure all tools and test equipment are properly maintained
Key Requirements
  • Recent graduate with an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's in Electrical Electronic or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field)
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics
  • Customer-focused mindset and a proactive team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to travel at short notice within Pakistan
