Visual Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our visual merchandising department, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging store displays that showcase our products in the best possible light.

Your primary objective will be to design and implement effective window displays, in-store promotions, and visual presentations that drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

To achieve this, you will work closely with our marketing team to stay up-to-date on the latest trends, product launches, and seasonal changes. You will also be responsible for maintaining a well-organized inventory of display items and props, ensuring timely updates to displays to highlight current promotions and seasonal changes.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement visually appealing window displays and in-store promotions
  • Work closely with the marketing team to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and product launches
  • Maintain a well-organized inventory of display items and props
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive visual branding across all touchpoints
Qualifications & Experience:

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field, along with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a visual merchandising role, preferably within the retail sector.

Candidates should possess strong design aesthetics, excellent spatial awareness, effective communication skills, and the ability to work within deadlines.
